French Provincial Loyalist Hutch

I often drive out to Welland or Fonthill to pick up pieces.  The other night, I picked up two pieces from that area, one was this hutch.  I really liked the french provincial legs on it.  I thought it was simple and elegant.

Loyalist is by far my best colour.  I always try to make sure I have a loyalist hutch in stock.  They always sell quickly.

Something about the light teal colour, lightly distressed.... it's simply lovely.

This piece has a fun little decal in the door.

A close up of the legs.

On a business note, I'm excited to announce that I will now be selling all my work at Pure Organic Flower Boutique in Burlington.  I went there yesterday to chat with Lori, the owner, and while I was there I snapped a few photos.

She now carries the Van Gogh Canadian Chalk Paint collection.  She also runs workshops in the back of her store.

If you're in the Brant / Lakeshore area, make sure to stop by and check it out.  She is right off Lakeshore, on John Street.

She gave the girls these gorgeous homemade sock monkeys they were playing with while we were there.

The whole way home, all I hear is Hannah saying "oohhhh" while she hugs her monkey.  (Apparently she says "Oohhh" while she hugs because I say "Ooohhhh" while I hug them.)  Monkey-see-monkey-do!
